Refund Policy
At SOL, each product is a reflection of our deep-rooted commitment to quality, tradition, and care. Given the perishable nature of our offerings, we follow a considerate yet firm refund policy to ensure the integrity of our supply and customer satisfaction.
Returns & Exchanges
As our products are perishable and food-grade, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This is to ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards for all our customers.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We take great care in sourcing, packaging, and delivering your order. However, if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect, or
- Significantly different from what was described,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery at sol.refunds@gmail.com.
To process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order ID
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Delay in delivery due to incorrect shipping details provided
- Ordered not accepted upon delivery attempt
- Minor variation in appearance, shape, or natural color of the product
- Product returned without prior approval
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed or dispatched. For urgent cancellation requests, please write to us within 2 hours of placing the order.
